What happened to B&H Lucida fonts?

I updated today, and lost my beloved B&H Lucida Typewriter font. I
suppose the new version of fontconfig did it, but forcing the older
version back in didn't fix it. Does anyone know how to bring this
precious font back? I really can't stand anything else for monospaced
fonts on Linux.
