I just freshened up everything in XD2 (running on SuSE 9.0) that was out of date, which was mainly Galeon, Mozilla, OO.org, and fontconfig. (Admittedly, I also updated to the -199 kernel, and the new versions of openssh and openssl at the same time, but that shouldn't have caused any problems.) > I don't believe the fontconfig package contains any fonts itself, so > downgrading or upgrading it wouldn't make any difference. This one issue has driven me back and forth between windowing environments more than once. It's even what caused me to give up on trying Debian and settle on SuSE! I don't know what other information to give, dk _______________________________________________ Users maillist - [email protected] http://lists.ximian.com/mailman/listinfo/users
