RE: No chance to 'install'...

Was this your first install or were run Red Carpet to do an upgrade?

There have been problems lately with some of the -develop and -unstable
files causing this behavior. I never bothered to track it down fully, I just
reinstalled Red Carpet from a tar file with the -force option, set Red
Carpet NOT to install -devel and -unstable files and reran it. Suddenly it
found files to install and went to the current release.
