Feels like this infamous bug:

Although Mandrake 9.2 is supposed to not be affected by this bug, as it
was fixed during 9.2 beta versions.
FWIW: When printing, the first (alphabetically) font is used, rather
than the configured one. There are (somewhat nasty but working)
workarounds mentioned in the bug. You probably want to check Mandrake
updates too.
