I don't want to delete the actual message, which is in my Sent folder. I merely want to clear the followup flag and have it no longer appear in my followup VFolder. Ctrl-E does seem to remove the message from the VFolder, but not completely. I can no longer open the message, I received the aforementioned error, and the body no longer shows up in the preview pane. However, the message still shows up in the message list when I click on the Followup VFolder. The only way I can make it go away is to exit and restart Evolution.
