free Connector to Exchange activation?

I just downloaded and installed Evolution and the Connector to Exchange
now that it is open-sourced.  Yet when I configure the settings to
Exchange and restart Evolution, I receive the error "This copy of Ximian
Connector has not been activated."  Any suggestions?  I did see a notice
on the download page for the Connector about the free version not being
available until May 14; was I too fast and need to wait for an update on
Friday?  Thanks in advance.

 

BTW:  platform is Red Hat 9.0 with latest updates from end of April
(kernel 2.4.20-30.9).  Ximian installation was very clean.
