RFD: The next gen 3DKit

Hi,

I just commited a simple info file to CVS listing some aspects of the 
next gen 3DKit, some dependencies, design ideas and so on. This is only 
the beginning and will hopefully sometimes turn into a complete 
document. Right now I'd like to keep it simple (and in ASCII) though. 
Feel free to add content (but please keep it simple, do not write long 
books) or discuss open issues in this list.

You can also access the file from the documentation section on the 
website.
