Hi,

I have two problems (I'm not sure if they are bugs):

gnuchess has a CPU load of approximately 5% even when not thinking=20
("gnuchess -e"). Is this normal?

When I start gnuchess (version 6.2.4 or 6.2.5) in UCI mode, i. e.=20
"gnuchess -u", and enter "go" nothing happens. I have to enter something=20
like "go infinity" or "go depth 5" in order to make it work. Is this a=20
bug (default configuration missing)? The UCI "standard" says:

"go =C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 start calculating on the current position set up w=
ith the=20
"position" command.
=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 There are a number of commands that *can* follow this=
 command, all=20
will be sent in the same string.
=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 If one command is not sent its value should be interp=
reted as it=20
would not influence the search."

Best regards,

Nic
