pcons for WIN32?

I found the different versions of pcons at:

http://zerowing.idsoftware.com/pcons/

After looking at it, it seems that multiple jobs will only be run on UNIX, not WIN32.
The do_command function for WIN32 needs changes similar to the ones done
for UNIX's do_command. Is this the main/only change needed?

Are there any other patches for pcons on Windows?
