Pygresql Driver Fix AKA - SuSE(and every other disto) Fix

It would seem that GNUe-Common 0.5.3 was released minus the drivers for
Pygresql.  Pygresql is the driver bundled with SuSE and so the lack of
these files have been the cause of a lot of installation problems.

You can get a hotfix for GNUe-Common 0.5.3 at

 http://www.gnuenterprise.org/downloads/current.php

Recent nightly snapshots or svn are also ok.

Here is the README from the hotfix

This hotfix addresses the broken pygresql gnue driver in GNUe-Common
0.5.3.  pygresql is the driver bundled with SuSE 9.0.

To install
change to the directory ABOVE where
you extracted GNUe-Common-0.5.3 then

tar zxvf GNUe-Common-0.5.3-Hotfix1.tar.gz

Sample Install:
