removing a file...linux

hello,

i can't seem to remove this file due to the "-" as first character. i've
tried all combo...i.e rm -f 
i've tried rm -d <directory> and other things....do you have any
suggestions? 

here's the filename below:
-9DS3U-ppp-summary
