This is weird, indeed, but I don't see where the issue comes from:

The upstream releases have the correct translation in 'po/de.po' at least
since findutils-4.6.0, and we're now at 4.10 (and close to 4.11).

The current translation also does not have the German word as option:

   $ wget -q -O -  https://translationproject.org/latest/findutils/de.po | grep -F 'print0 -printf'
   "      -delete -print0 -printf FORMAT -fprintf FILE FORMAT -print \n"
   "Aktionen: -delete -print0 -printf FORMAT -fprintf DATEI FORMAT -print \n"

Therefore, my only guess is that there's a downstream Ubuntu-specific translation
process which introduced the bug.  And indeed:
