Hi David and Henning=2C

Thank you for your info. I will try those web based interface to have =
a look. It seems I must have a server with a public IP to do it. =20

The PHP client interface is more important to me=2C because all my rest=
work are written in PHP+Mysql. However I can not find a PHP client interf=
ace download from either the GIFT official site or the help-gift mailing li=
st. Can you provide me such a PHP interface source code bundle?=20

    Thanks a lot.

&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B using GIFT in a commercial project should be fine. If =
you modify it<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B these modifications sh=
ould be made available under GNU license as<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B well.<br>&gt=
=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B These are basically the constraints of the=
 GNU license.<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=
=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B The quality of GIFT depends very much on the images. GIFT=
 uses global<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B features and features i=
n fixed regions=2C this means that if you<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B compare<br>&gt=
=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B tissue it should be fine=2C whereas for ob=
jects it might not work this<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B well. Y=
ou would need to check the performance for your types of<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B i=
mages=2C<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B  &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B I think.<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B  =
&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B There are PHP i=
nterfaces=2C so the integration should be very easy.<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=
=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B GIFT scales all im=
ages to 256x256 before it extracts features=2C so<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B image<br=
>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B size is not important. For up to 150'0=
00 images there should also<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B be no<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B=
 &gt=3B &gt=3B speed or size problem.<br>&gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=3B &gt=
