I downloaded the file gnucap-0.31.tar and unzipped into a temp folder I =
named gnu. But I cannot  get the program to build the simulator , even =
in the two step process. Do you have any suggestions or should I just =
stick to SPICE ? I have Borlund C++ compiler . Can I use it to build the =
simulator ?=20
