it with Borland's non-standard environment.  It doesn't =

recognize the files.  If this is the case, see if there is a =

=22make=22 program in the package, and find out what you need to do =

to make that work.   Another possibility is that you could =

download a Gnu development environment.  I don't know from =

where.

The other possibility is that you are getting compiler errors.  =

This is a standards issue.  Getting the latest version of =

Gnucap (0.34) might help.  Try http://www.gnucap.org .  There =

is a problem with the gnu site.

Because of persistent build problems on Microsoft systems, I =

compiled using mingw on Linux.
