warning from 2003?

The gnu/gnucap ftp area (pointed to by your page: 
http://www.gnu.org/software/gnucap/ as the place to find Releases) 
contains a file called gnucap-0.33.tar.gz.back-RSN.README  which
seem sto imply there was a gnucap 0.33 tarball there at some time but
it isn't available because its authenticity is still being confirmed.

Is that still work in progress? There doesn't seem to have been a
new gnu gnucap for over 2 years, so it would be nice if there is a
new version, but the web page does make it clear the latest version
is only 0.31.
