indent ver 2.2.9 bug - #if 0

Dear bug team.
I have found that if your code has
 
#if 0
xxxxxxx
xxxxxxx
#endif
 
sprinkled in - that indent fails to work properly.  I realize #if 0 may
not be the best coding practice, but it should not break the indent
preprocessor.
 
workaround is dont use #if 0 which is easy enough, but this might be
simple to fix.
