indent 2.2.9 documentation buglets

Hi.  I looked at GNU indent a bit yesterday, with an eye toward using
it to officially define the indentation for GCC, and I found a number
of small problems.  I'll send each bug as a separate note, I hope this
is ok.

I'm using GNU indent 2.2.9 as shipped on Fedora 8.

I noticed a few things are missing from the documentation.  According
to the web page, -brf is new in 2.2.9, but I don't see it in the info
manual.  Also, the documentation for -gnu says that it implies '-ndj',
but there is no mention of -ndj or -dj anywhere else in the
documentation.
