Lilypond 2.3.25

2.3.25 is (I hope) the final release candidate for Lilypond 2.4.
Werner has been overhauling the TeX macros and lilypond-book. In
addition, this release contains an important fix for raggedbottom
page-layout.

	The default values are now set more sensible, and a `linewidth'
	option is no longer overwritten under some circumstances.

	* Documentation/user/music-glossary.tely: Replace all accented
	character macros with latin-1 codes.

	surrounding whitespace.
	Some formatting to get more consistency.
