LilyPond 2.3.26 - another 2.4 release candidate

LilyPond 2.3.26 is out. This is another 2.4 release candidate,

This release fixes a number of minor bugs, and some problems with the
conversion scripts. This *really* is the final release candidate; I
expect to release LilyPond 2.4 either today or on Sunday, October 31.

	something when is_first_ is true. Fixes lyrics with completion_heads. 

	* make/lilypond-vars.make: add scripts/out/ to PATH, to find ps2png.

	ps2png.
