[PATCH 4/6] configure: add -Zargs-resp and -no-undefined to LDFLAGS on OS/2

-Zargs-resp enables a response file support. And -no-undefined enables
to build DLLs on OS/2.

* configure.ac (LDFLAGS): add -Zargs-resp and -no-undefined on OS/2.
