Installing 6.2.[ after a long hiatus

I'm trying to follow the instruction on
https://www.gnu.org/software/mcsim/#download, and I get stuck at Verifying
GNU MCSim Signature:

$ gpg --import mcsim-keyring
gpg: can't open 'mcsim-keyring': No such file or directory
gpg: Total number processed: 0

I haven't used gpg in quite a while, so I suspect the solution is trivial,.
