Have you downloaded the keyring from

To verify the signature of the GNU MCSim tarball, please download both 
the mcsim-X.Y.Z.tar.gz and mcsim-X.Y.Z.tar.gz.sig files. The key used to 
sign the official releases can be found (*here*).
