(Newbie) Spanish translation?

Hello!

I want to collaborate on the spanish translation, and I guess just 
wanted to confirm if I just have to login into launchpad to translate 
from there? It seems the last translations are from over ten years ago 
(2012).

Also, how do I go about actually setting up and using the spanish 
version? I am running debian 12, and there is no option for 
gnumed-client-es to download, where there is a -de version.
