I'm not finding it at sf.net/u/keithmarshall nor
sf.net/users/keithmarshall.  I even looked at
kethmarshall.users.sf.net.

I had not given thought to it.

Maybe a mingwrt-4.0-1-preGCC-4.7-mingw32-* package set?  Is the naming
mingw-get compatible?
