Hmm.  Probably not the wisest of choices, but I'd tucked it away under 
the mingw-get snapshots, and posted tinyurl links on mingw-users; see:

In a follow-up thread, Eli suggested some adjustments, which we should 
probably consider before a formal release; in particular, should we 
leave the primary entry points as glob() and globfree(), or should we 
rather call them (say) __mingw_glob() and __mingw_globfree()?  I don't 
agree with Eli's rationale for such a strategy, (which I consider to 
represent a bug in GNU make), but there may be mileage for us, for other 
reasons.
