No.  You'd previously suggested coalescing existing trackers into one, 
(which I favour); let's not create any more fragmentation now.

Conceptually, I like this idea.  I wonder if "Documentation" is the best 
descriptor, (but right now, I can't think of anything better); in the 
context cited, these are issues which, although closed, we need to keep 
in mind, lest we should inadvertently reintroduce them.
