I've just added searches for Open tickets based on the Owner (a.k.a:
assigned_to) field. There are five such searches, one for Cesar,
Chuck, Chris, Earnie and Keith. Open includes tickets with
!status:closed && !status:doc && !status:closed-invalid &&
!status:closed-fixed; this leaves status:assigned or status:open or
status:pending or status:unread as being Open. I'm thinking of adding
a status:unassigned for those tickets that have been assigned and are
no longer assigned but remain open.
