I think this is better than what we have with msys-core and
msys-coreutils where the two packages deliver the same packaged set of
files and hidden from the user is a potential to remove some important
parts of MSYS because he is removing an additional package.  At least
with my scenario the user is aware up front of the possibility of
loosing files on removal of the package.

package content regardless of how it is delivered.
