Huh?  msys-core and msys-coreutils are two *completely* independent and 
unrelated packages; there is, (or certainly should be), *absolutely* no 
overlap in the respective sets of files which they deliver.

AFAIK, there are no existing two packages, in the entire corpus of those 
which we distribute, which currently deliver overlapping content; if you 
find any, they are broken, and need to be fixed.  I know Chuck was 
always particularly careful in this respect, as have I been.  I can't 
speak for others, but we've always encouraged to follow this guideline; 
you are the first to demand that we break the rule.

This is completely untrue; there is *always* a way, with sound design, 
to avoid it.
