Take a look at https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/MinGW/Base/binutils/binutils-2.23.1/ for instance and you will see 5 classes of files. > You could download the 7zip file from [1] and copy all folders under > tmpmingw to overwrite the folders under your c:/MinGW. > When you create the binary archive it needs to be within the top level.
