I get an HTTP-404 on that URI; surely, it should be:

   sf.net/projects/lexx83.u/files/

(with "projects" plural), should it not?

Although I won't be able to participate in testing a 64-bit version, I 
do have one comment: .7z is not a supported packaging format for MinGW 
distribution.  Unless you are willing to develop, and submit patches to 
add .7z support for mingw-get, you will need to package as .tar.xz, or 
.tar.lzma, when you come to create any formal release.
