Re: WSL-4.0 release candidate

Of course the meta package stuff doesn't work in the existing release
of mingw-get.  One has to use your sandbox version for it to work
correctly.  When can we expect a release?  I'll give instruction to
update to your sandbox version to install it but I was a bit surprised
at first.

I've uploaded the files.  I'll get the repository tagged and then I'll
make an announcement.
