How long is a piece of string?  When I get a suitable round tuit.

I've been focussed on the GUI, since that last formal CLI release.  I 
have made some changes, within the core DLL, to better support features 
of the GUI, but I didn't think I'd changed anything which would have a 
significant impact on CLI operation.

As am I, still.  I'm currently working on mingw-get-setup.exe, (which 
will ultimately replace mingw-get-inst.exe), but it's only about 50% 
functional right now.  I'd planned to hold off a further release, until 
this is ready, but I guess a further CLI-only release could be on the 
cards, in the interim.

I see you've done that, now.  Do be aware that mingw-get-setup.exe will 
make the whole process a great deal easier, even for delivery of my off 
site snapshots; we'll need to revise those instructions, when that is 
available.
