Re: Test BinUtils v2.23.2 -- build-2

Thanks Keith's mini-howto [1], I notice that the old ld build misses the 
two MinGW dirs from the default SEARCH_DIR list.

Please download the updated test packages from [2] and let me know if 
you have any issue.
