Re: Lots of symbols in comctl32 are exported by ordinal only

My thoughts here is that if its in the MS import library, the MingW import 
library should match it.
If it is not in the MS library, add it based on how it is exported (for 
example, if comctl32.dll exports some things only by ordinal, we should add 
them to the library only by ordinal(
