I added a commit message and pushed the patch from comment #97 to the stable
branch (hg id 7d7a105c1dc1).
We opted for disabling loading and saving classdef objects in Octave 11. The
only time, the new code for loading classdef objects can actually be used is
when loading the "function_handle_workspace" object (as a struct) that is
attached to some function handles.
Given that, should we still apply the patch from comment #98 on the stable
branch?
In any case, I agree that it is a good idea to split the patch submitted in
bug #67964 into two (or more) parts (be they committed on stable or on
default). The patch from comment #98 looks good to me in general.
