It is probably not the path. If I run your test problem in the directory with
the path mentionned it works. The folder does not contain many files.
I too can only speculate. All I can say is that
1. it is unclear when the problem occurs
2. if the problem occurs it is repeatable, i.e. running the same script
several times always results in an error.
At least there are two workarounds that seem to work always: Using CLI or
excluding the directory from the Windows Defender. Both methods also work with
10.3.0.
And there are two actions that sometimes work, but not always:
1. Saving the data to a directory different from the directory of the script
2. Closing the File Browser Widget.
