[bug #68028] (image) Deprecation Warning when building image package under version 11.0.92

Thanks, @Markus and @Rik.

I’ve implemented option (1) in the Image package version 2.18.2, which was
released yesterday, so the package is now ready for Octave 11.

However, I prefer option (2) since it’s a cleaner approach, and I plan to
implement it in the next release.
