[bug #67989] (Image) Octave image ordfilt2 is slower than matlab

Follow-up Comment #7, bug #67989 (group octave):

mkoctfile .__spatial_filtering__.cc 
works well on 10.3.0, but not on 11.1.0. Under win 11. 
It produce many error messages:

undefined reference to `octave_sort<octave_int<int>
>::nth_element(octave_int<int>*, long long, long long
, long long)'
