Follow-up Comment #4, bug #68169 (group octave):
I don't have an opinion on this one. It seems that Octave and oct-files can
be created without having *$LTREADLINE* in *GNULIB_LINK_DEPS*. I haven't
tested the other way if it causes a problem to have that variable present.
Monthly developer meeting is tonight, so maybe ask jwe for his opinion?
