Matlab has a *-nocompression* flag that disables compression for formats v7
and v7.3.  It seems like this would be relatively easy to implement since we
already check for presence of ZLIB and v7 format and then unconditionally
enable compression if both things are true.

The fix is somewhere in *libinterp/corefcn/load-save.cc*.
