Follow-up Comment #3, bug #68337 (group octave):
Yeah doesnt appear as a property there. I have seen basically the same
question asked on a matlab channel for someone using matlab, but it has no
responses for what is wrong or how to troubleshoot.
Other more general posts suggest failure in initializing prior to
RunAndWaitForCompletion
perhaps check app.IsValidLicenseForAPI and others to see if there is a
previous issue ?
