Looking at this further. What supposed to be the property of "pointer" if you
selected "Rotate", or "Zoom"? Just "custom"?

Perhaps use "ibeam" for "Insert Text", but that is not obvious either.

For icons my proposal is to streamline this a little bit:

All resize pointers to use Qt::SizeHorCursor, Qt::SizeVerCursor,
Qt::SizeBDiagCursor, Qt::SizeFDiagCursor

"cross" / "crosshair"  to use Qt::CrossCursor

hand to use Qt::PointingHandCursor

fleur to use "figure-pan", same the Pan toolbar cursor
