This sounds more like a request for help in how to configure, build and run
Octave than like a bug report. A better place for asking for help is probably
the online forum:

I'll leave this open for a while in case it turns out there is actually a bug
in Octave's build system. But it sounds like you need to set some environment
flags to let the macOS loader know at runtime where it can find the libraries
that are installed in a non-default location.
On Linux, you would probably set
`LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/Users/laurentdelphin/_Ze-Bins/_QT/_5/_5.15.17/lib` when
running Octave. Google answered that the corresponding environment variable on
macOS would be `DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH`.
Does that fix your issue?
