'Radiusd' executable does not 'make' in Cygnus (XP) for radius-1.3

Hi 
 
Installation problems for radius-1.3 in Cygwin (running on XP):
 
I have successfully configured radius-1.3 (using ./configure).  However
when making radius-1.3 I get the following listing (below) of errors
concerning ‘radiusd’.  
Strangely, I have successfully built all the other executables.
 
Any help to finding a solution to building ‘radiusd’ would be much
appreciated.  Also I have tried to set the ‘include’ and ‘lib’ paths
with ‘configure’, but to no avail.
 
I used make v3.80
