FAILURE

I have te next problem in radius.log, with the authentication with an 
access point



Main.notice: child 9502 terminated on signal 25
Main.notice: child 9503 terminated on signal 25
Auth.notice: Terminating unresponsive AUTH child 9464, status: FAILURE
Auth.notice: Terminating unresponsive AUTH child 9467, status: FAILURE


any idea??
