screen with su.

Hello, i wan't launch an DOS application with dosemu on startup machine.

I want use the following command :
su - user - c screen dosemu

But i have the following error :
"Cannot open your terminal '/dev/pts/0' - please check."

Today, actual situation is to wait boot and logon on user and launch screen command with dosemu after. Is not the boot target for me, i want to automatic solution on startup.

can you help me ?
