screen and cygwin

hmm.

I thought that screen-4.0+ compiled flawlessly with cygwin, now I 
download a stock 4.0.2 screen and am getting errors on utmp.h and mismatched
headers.

Was I just imagining it, or did screen ever work with cygwin? Or did a patch
exist for cygwin somewhere, and just never got incorporated into the standard
version?
