modifications to who command

I have made some modifications to the who command to support the "-b"
and "-r" options as found on SVR4 systems for displaying the system boot
time and current runlevel.   Is it possible to submit these changes?  I
have successfully tested on both Solaris and Linux.    NOTE:  I am
worried that BSD systems might not handle.   Maybe someone could help me
with that?
